A circle is the oldest badge shape there is, and it still does something no other outline manages: it lets text curve around the edge with a mark in the middle. At 2 1/2 inches across, this patch lands right where a crest belongs on a beanie cuff, a cap front, or the chest of a work jacket.
The adhesive backing is there to hold position while you sew, which is how most people use these, though plenty of customers press them onto items that will never see a needle. Personalization is by laser: the beam removes the top color and exposes the layer beneath, giving you a clean two-tone badge with no thickness added. Multi-color logos and illustrated artwork are a better fit for full-color UV printing, which we can run on the same patch.
