It is a fabric specifically developed to use in laser machines and does not contain PVC (like many leatherette products do)

We haven't found one yet that doesn't work with it! Xtool, glowforge, omtech, fiber lasers, co2 lasers and more!

Yes! The adhesive is heat activated. Once you remove the paper backing, the item is sticky to help with placement. Heat temperature and pressure are CRITICAL for longevity of a finished item, A home iron will not be sufficient.

Monitor settings are different for everyone. If you are concerned about color in person, you have an option to purchase a swatch ahead of an order to see color in person.

We have done eveything from corporate events to conferences to weddings to birthday parties and everything in between!

We don't set minimums, instead we quote per your requirements. Min spend is typically $1500 for a live engraving event.

We currently travel within 20 miles of Columbus, Ohio included in the quote. We can travel anywhere in the country for events with additional travel charges.

We bring everything with us! Ideally we have access to electricity but we can bring our own power bank, tables, etc - or we can use yours. Each situation is unique

Usually 1 week notice is the minimum notice we need, reach out if you need sooner than that and we can try and accomdate.

Yes! We can fully customize any of our items, please contact us if you need help. We will not custom print items that are trademarked/copyrighted without a release from the trademark owner.

We offer custom printed acrylic, leatherette, laser cut items, laser engraved items, sublimation prints, sublimated items, full color print on many gift items and more!

Yes, if you do not have artwork, there is an additional fee of $50 for artwork assistance with 1 revision.

AI, PNG with transparent background JPG, PDF, SVG. Graphics must be 300DPI or better. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to file issues, we create your item directly from your artwork.

We can provide you 1 digital mock up at no charge, by request only. If you require a proof of the actual item, there is an additional charge.

Usually within 5 business days but depends on volume, artwork, etc. If you need items sooner than that, you may have an option to add a rush fee to you order. Ask us if you need this and we can determine if we can accomodate
