Guests may choose a name, initials, monogram, short word or an approved icon. Available choices are finalized before the event so the experience stays efficient and on brand.

Yes. We can incorporate approved company logos and event artwork. For higher-volume events, we may recommend engraving the logo in advance and adding each guest’s personalization live.

Capacity depends on the item, design, event length and guest-arrival pattern. One station works well for many events with up to approximately 100 guests. Larger events may require additional equipment or staff.

Yes. Package pricing includes travel within 25 miles of Columbus. Events beyond that area are priced based on distance, travel time and any required accommodations.

Yes, when the venue provides a fully covered, level area with reliable power and protection from wind, moisture and extreme temperatures. An approved weather backup plan is required.

We recommend booking four to eight weeks in advance. Shorter timelines may be available depending on product inventory and production capacity. Your date is reserved after the agreement is signed and the required retainer is paid.

Our standard engraving station includes a clean black table covering and Create with 614 branding. The Styled Engraving Station upgrades the presentation with coordinated linens, display pieces and signage selected to complement your event’s colors, theme or brand.
