SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

Processing Times

In-stock maker supplies are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During tent sales, promotions, holidays, or periods involving unusually large orders, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom and personalized products are made to order. Production and fulfillment timelines will be confirmed before production begins.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. When free shipping is offered, Create With 614 will select the carrier and shipping service.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other carrier conditions may be outside our control.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@createwith614.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Shipping Delays

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund for items that have not shipped.

Furniture and Home Décor Pickup

Furniture and select home décor items are available for local pickup by appointment unless shipping or delivery has been separately arranged and confirmed.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.
