We are not responsible for the outcome of your item as image quality, application and material are the key factors in a quality outcome. We use only high quality ink and paper for printing. All sales final on prints.
* We do not provide resizing or ganging of artwork as part of this printing service.
* This listing is for printing services on to Dye Sublimation paper. We take the high quality artwork that you send us and print it on dye sublimation paper
* Dye Sublimation will not work on Cotton garments unless it has at least 65% polyester blended with it. Note at 65% the image will be lighter with more of a vintage look.
** There is no White Ink with Dye Sublimation so attempting to sublimate on anything black will not work.
** Home irons will not produce good results. A heat press is strongly suggested
** Dye Sublimation is applied between 390-400 degrees for between 45-60 seconds at medium pressure. Place a sheet of butcher paper under AND on top of the garment and dye sublimation transfer to prevent scorching of the garment. Don't assume that all polyester garments can handle the heat. Some garments will scorch at 400 degrees and you might need to lower the temperature or shorten the sublimation time or both. Practice makes perfect.

1 - Order the size and quantity of printing you require. We offer 8.5x11, 8.5x14, 11x17, 13x19, and wide format sizes (This doesn't always mean this is the size of the printed image. It's just the size of the paper you are ordering.)
2 - You will receive a link after ordering. Please follow this link to take you to our file up-loader page where you will send us your PRINT READY images. Have your order number. We accept .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .EPS, .AI, .CDR, .SVG files.
3 - Sit back and wait for Premium Prints to pick up in a day or two

Quality doesn't just happen. Proper planning and technique play a large part. We will only print as you send it to us.
High Resolution artwork is a MUST as it will always produce better quality. Low resolution images might look "OK" on your computer or phone screen, but keep in mind that your display is nowhere near the resolution of a printed piece of paper. You're not going to get a good print if you take a screen shot of something and attempt to print it.
There is no "White" ink with Dye Sublimation. What you see as White on your artwork will actually be "clear", with the garment color coming through.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SUBLIMATE ON ANYTHING BLACK.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SUBLIMATE ON PURE COTTON. USE 65% POLYESTER OR HIGHER.
