Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from us you agree that:

1. Our suggested settings are guidance only.  You should test products before completing them to ensure settings are accurate for your items.  Machines can vary due to a number of factors.  We do not accept returns due to setting misconfigurations.

2.  You must supply photos and/of videos of products, along with settings of devices when filing a report of faulty product.  We will then determine the cause with you and next appropriate steps.

3. You are responsible for any import fees on products outside of the US.  Note: We only ship to Canada at this time outside of the US.

4. We do not ship on the weekends and our processing time is normally 3-5 business days.  If you are looking to have your items shipped out before that time, please contact us ahead of placing an order and we can let you know if it's possible.  Note: We regularly beat these times and ship out most orders within 24 hours but we reserve the right for additional time due.

5. All sales are final - due to the nature of our business, we do not take returns.  

6.  Orders canceled after payment but before shipping will be refunded in 7-10 days and incur a cancellation fee to cover charges we incur as a result of your order.
