Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns/exchanges on our products once they leave our store. This is due to the fact that many do not come with a seal. It is important to us that when our customers purchase from us that they have high confidence to the authenticity of the item they are purchasing.

Personalized/Custom Work Policy

Personalized/Custom work is non-refundable and may require a deposit before creation. Personalized/Custom work turn around time is 7 calendar days.

Customer Service Hours

Our customer service hours for message and email response are from 11am-5pm Mon-Fri and 10am-3pm on Saturday. We may respond to messages outside of these times at our discretion but response should not be expected until our customer service hours.
