The maker mercantile is a hand-selected marketplace where makers rent shelf or booth space to sell their products to a steadyi stream of Columbus area shoppers. We handle the foot traffic and the storefront; you keep doing what you love. And when you are ready to grow, our optional business services are here to help you get there.

Expected opening in Sept 2026 in Westerville, Ohio.

How it works:

• Pick your space Choose a shelf (or shelves)or a booth size that fits your inventory and budget.
• Stock it your way Set up your space, set your prices and refresh it regularly
• We handle the sales floor Customers shop, we ring them up and you get paid out (minus small commission)
• Grow when you're ready Add optional services - no pressure, no bundle required.

Who it's for

Curated means we keep the mix balanced and high-quality, so every maker stands out. We're looking for handmade goods from local artisans. Whether you're testing retail for the first time or expanding beyond online sales, there's a spot for you.

Prices

Pricing is being finalized based on the lease terms. Examples may be $35-$50 for a shelf, $250 for a 5'x5', $400 for a 10'x10'. Once finalized, these will be updated.

Term is minimum 12 months

Set-up fee of 1 month rent is required up front.

Commission on all sales of 10%.
